Traditional Danish Christmas food...

is indeed very brown, and doesn't look too appealing to somebody unaware of the great taste.
Yesterday we had the kind of dish that makes the whole apartment smell like Christmas (the smell was still there this morning), and it was soo good.

Most people would make caramelized potatoes, but I'm not a fan of those so I just cook the potatoes with the skin on (ofcourse they're thoroughly cleaned first) and that's my version.
The dish is roast pork, red cabbage, potatoes and brown sauce.
