in this city is a rare, but welcomed (atleast by me) thing.
So when I was reading the local papers yesterday and discovered a Turkish eatery has opened I decided to swing by today.
Turkish Delight Torvegade 54I bought some dough-ish things with feta cheese inside.
Warm them very quickly and they're a nice treat. The dough is kinda hard to describe, but reminded me a bit of puff pastry (butterdej).
The small cookie thingies were very dry, but not overly sugary, as I for some reason expected. The round ones were covered with sesame seeds, which was a nice addition.
All in all different tastes than what I'm used to, but I'll definitely go back for more!
